About Input Optics

Input Optics was founded in 1971 by two forward thinking Dentists who were looking to create solutions for their Practice Management problems. After years of continuous innovations, they eventually integrated an optical scanning device to automatically capture bar coded data. From this process, Scandent Practice Management Software was born.

Thirty five years later, Input Optics mission continues to be the integration of software, hardware and the Web, to create digital solutions for today's Dental practice.
